Step by Step offers workshops ($150 each) and graduate credit ($62 per credit up to 3 credits allowed per workshop) to teachers and administrators for certification renewal and pay advancement.
Our graduate level credit options are through our partner University of the Pacific.
Meet our Founder
Dr. Inger Kent, Founder & CEO, is a former principal, instructional specialist, turn-around-school leader, speaker and published author who has dedicated her life to improving education and being an advocate for children.
Dr. Kent believes in the power of sharing step-by-step
strategies to help parents, teachers and school leaders surmount obstacles and reach goals that they have for themselves and their students.
Dr. Kent walks it like she talks it! She is a “real-life,” version of
Abbott Elementary inspired educator having over 30 years of
experience spanning four states: Michigan, California, Arkansas and Texas. She understands the challenges facing educators and the families they serve. Most importantly, she has a winning record of helping schools improve and surpass
